Business Development Manager, B2B Luxury Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join NIRU Swiss in Geneva. The role focuses on creating and nurturing B2B partnerships within the luxury, watch and jewelry sectors, leveraging our manufacturing platform to open new commercial channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new B2B opportunities across luxury, watch and jewelry markets.
• Design original commercial concepts using NIRU Swiss’s network, expertise and capabilities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with brands, institutions, professional organisations and selected networks.
• Develop strategic partnerships that generate new business channels for clients.
• Lead opportunities from initial conversation through proposal, alignment and execution.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Prepare clear, persuasive presentations, proposals and business cases.
• Represent NIRU Swiss at meetings, events and industry gatherings.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, commercial, creative and manufacturing teams.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the luxury, watch and jewelry industries, including standards, relationships and discretion.
• Strong professional network within the luxury sector.
• Proven ability to create and manage B2B relationships with senior executives, entrepreneurs and institutional partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial judgment and disciplined execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English.
• International outlook and cultural sensitivity.
