Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

PIPECARE EUROPE is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand its customer base across Europe. You will promote PIPECARE’s in‑line inspection services to new and existing clients in the oil and gas industry, shaping both short‑term and long‑term growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Identify, cultivate and manage relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical and operations teams to align sales initiatives with delivery capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical and/or sales experience in the oil and gas sector.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical or sales roles within pipeline inspection or related services.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required and work remotely from a European location.
