About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company and is based in Switzerland. As Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager you will lead analytics and reporting across a global go‑to‑market organization, owning the BI strategy from data modelling to dashboard adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end BI strategy for GTM analytics, including data modelling, metric definitions, reporting, dashboard delivery and adoption.
- Establish and govern a trusted single source of truth for key revenue metrics such as pipeline, bookings, ARR/MRR, churn, retention, NRR/GRR and funnel conversion.
- Design, build and maintain executive‑ready dashboards and self‑service reporting for weekly and quarterly business reviews.
- Translate ad‑hoc stakeholder questions into structured, reusable analyses and actionable insights.
- Partner with Systems teams to improve data quality, governance and analytics readiness of Salesforce and other GTM data sources.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics or revenue operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven experience owning BI strategy and delivery, including defining measurement, governance and usage of data.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to constructively challenge requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
Required skills
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Hands‑on experience with modern BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or Sigma.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models and SaaS revenue metrics (ARR/MRR, churn, NRR, etc.).
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
- Familiarity with data‑stack tools like dbt, Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Experience with enrichment/intent data platforms (e.g., HG Insights, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
