Business Sales Manager – Enterprise & Leasing (Switzerland)

About the role

As the Business Sales Manager for Switzerland, you will shape Tesla’s enterprise sales strategy and lead a team that targets SMEs, large corporations and operational leasing companies. You will build and nurture client relationships, manage leasing partnerships and work closely with local operations and headquarters to position Tesla as the preferred EV OEM.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for large corporate and SME customers across Switzerland.
• Own relationships with corporate clients, educating them on Tesla’s vehicle portfolio and leasing options.
• Grow business with fleet management firms, brokers and operational leasing partners, acting as the primary local contact.
• Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with leasing partners and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Lead, coach and manage a team of Account Managers, collaborating with the Market Lead on enterprise growth strategy.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, conduct competitor analysis and generate accurate sales reports using Tesla’s CRM system.
• Identify process improvements to reduce operational friction and support ad‑hoc projects as needed.
