Business Transformation Specialist – Data & Analytics

About the role

Support Data & Analytics initiatives within Private Bank Switzerland, acting as both Business Analyst and Project Manager across reporting, data quality, regulatory and remediation topics.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Data & Analytics projects across three locations, liaising with requestors, business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Understand data requirements, perform data discovery, create reports and interfaces, and prepare functional specifications.
• Perform analysis in Avaloq, interrogate data using SQL, and design data quality controls.
• Create audit‑ready documentation and test deliverables.

Required profile

• Experience in project management across business and technical environments.
• Good knowledge of private banking products and processes, preferably within Wealth Management.
• Proven expertise in core banking platforms, preferably Avaloq, from a business or functional perspective.
