Business Value Advisor, Splunk

About the role

Cisco and Splunk are joining forces to help global organisations turn data into business results. This Business Value Advisor role sits at the intersection of AI, security and observability, acting as a strategic bridge between those capabilities and the C-suite's priorities. You will advise the most strategic accounts on digital resilience, AI investments and cloud transformation, working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build business cases that combine financial rigor with AI-driven data strategies to maximise client investments.
• Lead high-level discussions with C-suite stakeholders, translating the technical stack into tangible business outcomes.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across Sales, Engineering and Customer Success to deliver a unified, value-led customer experience.
• Tailor the global AI and data strategy to the cultural and business nuances of the Swiss market.
• Promote thought leadership initiatives that influence executives, shape markets and strengthen the advisory brand.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, management consulting or related value-selling roles.
• Proven track record in technology-led advisory and change leadership.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken; French and Italian would be beneficial.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience building complex financial models for ROI across product portfolios.
• Facilitation of design-thinking workshops.
• Ability to craft executive-level narratives and visual storytelling.
• Interest in AI's impact on business models and operations.
• Experience driving investment consensus in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
