Cafeteria Attendant – Seasonal Full‑Time Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cafeteria Attendant to join the culinary team at our five‑star resort in St. Moritz for the 2026/2027 winter season. The role is seasonal, full‑time and focuses on maintaining a spotless dining environment and delivering high‑quality service to staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the workplace, kitchen and staff canteen impeccably clean.
• Monitor the quality of goods and food served.
• Serve meals at scheduled times in the staff canteen.
• Check, store and prepare incoming and existing food supplies.
• Clean, maintain and store crockery, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of the F&B back‑office area.
• Use and maintain kitchen machinery and equipment properly.
• Prepare meals according to instructions from the station chef, head chef or sous‑chef.

Required profile

• Initial professional experience in up‑market catering.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Structured and organised approach to tasks.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Fluent in German and English; basic knowledge of another language is a plus.
