Care Network Manager – Rare Disease

About the role
The Care Network Manager (Rare Disease) will work in German‑speaking Switzerland to identify patients with rare diseases, facilitate referrals to Centers of Excellence and strengthen care networks across therapeutic areas.
Key responsibilities
- Support healthcare professionals in identifying rare‑disease patients and manage high‑profile accounts independently.
- Drive awareness and improve referral pathways for target accounts such as neurologists and GP offices.
- Develop and execute omnichannel engagement plans tailored to territory characteristics.
- Design disease‑education initiatives, optimise patient pathways and propose solutions to access challenges.
- Gather market intelligence and share insights across the organisation.
Required profile
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills, able to manage high‑profile accounts independently.
- Deep market knowledge of rare diseases, proven track record meeting commercial goals, and high learning agility.
Required skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in natural science, medicine or business.
- 5+ years in biotech/pharma field roles, at least 3 years in rare‑disease or specialty markets.
- Fluency in German and very good English.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, and meet local HCP engagement regulations.
