Career Starter Programme – Banking Trainee (Start August 2027)

About the role

LGT Bank is offering a tailor-made banking and finance training programme for secondary school leavers without a university degree, starting on 1 August 2027. Over two years, you will get to know the core areas of banking and enter the profession. The programme is aimed at people who enjoy working with people and numbers.

Key responsibilities

• Support three to four departments in various banking areas, so that daily work is varied and diverse.
• Be integrated into the team and supported by practical mentors.
• Gain practical experience in at least three different areas of the bank.
• Receive theoretical banking training with the training partner CYP.

Required profile

• Federally recognized school-leaving certificate.
• Interest in the banking world.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
