Channel & Retail Marketing Manager (DACH)

About the role

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Channel & Retail Marketing Manager to drive partner‑funded marketing initiatives across its full technology portfolio in the DACH region. You will translate global and EMEA priorities into locally relevant campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute channel, retail, distributor, reseller and partner marketing activities for PCs, devices, datacenter infrastructure, services and solutions.
• Manage co‑marketing budgets, approvals, reporting, proof of performance and governance requirements.
• Adapt global and EMEA marketing priorities to the DACH market, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with sales, partners, agencies and internal stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Track results, challenge low‑impact requests and continuously optimise future activities based on business impact.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in channel, retail, partner, distribution, alliance or co‑marketing within IT, technology, consumer electronics, hardware, software, datacenter infrastructure, services or B2B tech.
• Experience working in a large corporate, international or matrix organisation.
• Ability to take a clear stance, defend decisions under pressure and challenge initiatives based on strategic value.
• Critical thinking, high flexibility and openness in a dynamic market environment.
• Proven track record handling partner‑funded budgets, approvals, reporting, governance and measurable campaign impact.
