Chargé(e) de recrutement – Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our HR team at CLEEVEN in Basel. The role offers hands‑on experience in both HR administration and the full recruitment cycle for our engineering consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager and company leadership in the recruitment process, from identifying needs to conducting interviews and reporting.
• Source candidates on job boards, screen CVs, perform phone pre‑qualifications and schedule physical interviews.
• Prepare variable payroll elements, request work permits, and support the onboarding of consultant engineers.
• Organise internal events, manage training logistics, update HR information systems, and create monthly accounting vouchers.
• Support quality management activities in line with ISO 9001 standards.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Bac + 3/4) in Human Resources, Law or Business.
• Demonstrates curiosity, initiative and enthusiasm for HR and recruitment.
