Chef de Rang – Bar (Fixed-term)

About the role

The Bar at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is looking for a Chef de Rang to deliver distinguished service in a luxury setting. This fixed‑term position requires a refined, elegant, and warm personality to uphold the bar’s reputation and create memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily uniform standards and present a professional appearance.
• Provide attentive, high‑quality service to bar guests in line with Four Seasons standards (“Get it right, Get me right, Wow me if you can”).
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Serve beverages with thorough knowledge of the drink menu.
• Execute opening and closing duties, including table setting according to brand standards.
• Manage a section of up to five tables, ensuring smooth operation throughout service.

Required profile

• Polished and courteous demeanor with strong empathy towards guests and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational abilities and teamwork spirit.
• Previous experience in upscale bar or restaurant service is preferred.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of beverage offerings and service techniques.
