About the role
The Bar at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is looking for a Chef de Rang to deliver distinguished service in a luxury setting. This fixed‑term position requires a refined, elegant, and warm personality to uphold the bar’s reputation and create memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily uniform standards and present a professional appearance.
- Provide attentive, high‑quality service to bar guests in line with Four Seasons standards (“Get it right, Get me right, Wow me if you can”).
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
- Serve beverages with thorough knowledge of the drink menu.
- Execute opening and closing duties, including table setting according to brand standards.
- Manage a section of up to five tables, ensuring smooth operation throughout service.
Required profile
- Polished and courteous demeanor with strong empathy towards guests and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational abilities and teamwork spirit.
- Previous experience in upscale bar or restaurant service is preferred.
Required skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of beverage offerings and service techniques.
