Chef de Rang – Restaurant Les Saisons (Seasonal)

About the role

Kempinski is seeking a dynamic Chef de Rang for its prestigious Restaurant Les Saisons in St. Moritz for the winter season 2026/2027. You will be part of an innovative Food & Beverage team delivering 5‑star service to discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Advise guests on food and beverage choices and recommend selected wines.
• Welcome guests, manage breakfast and à‑la‑carte service in the evening.
• Perform cashier duties using the Micros POS system.
• Complete daily mise en place and manage your own station in the Neora restaurant.
• Serve food and beverages according to Kempinski standards.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and uphold brand quality standards.

Required profile

• Completed training in a comparable hotel environment.
• Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Ability to work under pressure with a high awareness of quality.
• Structured, organised and team‑oriented work style.
• Excellent guest‑facing attitude and willingness to mentor junior colleagues.
• Fluent in Greek, German and English; additional language is a plus.
