Chief Concierge

About the role

The Chief Concierge will lead the Concierge and Guest Services operation at The Park Gstaad, a Four Seasons Hotel, delivering personalized luxury experiences and shaping the guest experience from the hotel’s opening.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire the Concierge and Guest Services team.
• Oversee all concierge operations, including itineraries, bookings, reservations and special requests.
• Provide expert destination knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, owner stays, long‑stay guests and special celebrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with local restaurants, guides, transportation providers and luxury retailers.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Food & Beverage and other departments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and operational planning.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop team members in line with Four Seasons standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in concierge operations within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel expectations and destination‑driven experiences.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and German and/or French; additional languages advantageous.
• Les Clefs d'Or membership or equivalent professional recognition is advantageous.
