Service Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

As Service Manager you will take overall responsibility for the daily restaurant operations at HUUS Gstaad, ensuring seamless service across all outlets and delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all service teams in breakfast, à‑la‑carte and lobby areas.
• Manage service quality, guest care, complaint handling and overall guest satisfaction.
• Plan rosters, allocate staff, conduct training and drive personnel development.
• Control budgets, monitor food‑costs and payroll, and optimise profitability.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar and hotel management.

Required profile

• Completed training in hospitality or equivalent experience.
• Several years in a leadership position within food & beverage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, solution‑oriented work style.
• Strong leadership, social competence and a host‑personality.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• High resilience and flexibility.
