Client & Engagement Data Product Owner

About the role

The Client & Engagement Data Product Owner will lead the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of high‑quality data products that support client, e‑commerce, web analytics, partner, post‑purchase and marketing insights across Richemont’s Maisons, Functions and Regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for owned data products, translating business needs into user stories and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with the Group Data Office and Domain Leads to design, prioritize and plan delivery while ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
• Oversee functional testing, validation and rollout of data products, ensuring they meet defined requirements.
• Apply data governance rules throughout the product lifecycle, including data classification, documentation and quality monitoring.
• Promote adoption through training, documentation and ongoing user support, and continuously identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage new business requests and communicate product evolution updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data product management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of technical data products, from requirement capture to delivery and adoption.
