Client Experience Associate

About the role

The Client Experience Associate provides concierge‑level service to private banking clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all servicing needs. The role partners closely with Private Banker teams and internal partners such as KYC, product, and Operations to ensure seamless client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client service requests, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
• Partner with Private Banker teams and internal stakeholders (KYC, product, Operations) to fulfill client requests while maintaining constant communication.
• Guide clients through the Know Your Client (KYC) onboarding process and oversee KYC documentation compliance.
• Initiate and coordinate client requests for tax services and reporting with dedicated teams.
• Assess risk in business decisions, escalating and reporting control issues as needed.
• Engage clients across multiple channels (phone, email, digital platforms) and facilitate adoption of digital tools such as InView.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in wealth management or related financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to manage internal and external relationships and influence decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
• Experience using modern collaboration and communication tools.
