Client Service Analyst – Live Chat (Turkish)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced international digital finance team in Switzerland, providing live‑chat and email support to customers. You will help users navigate the platform, resolve inquiries and turn feedback into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email with timely, accurate support.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the platform, products and market developments.
• Translate recurring customer feedback into recommendations for management.
• Monitor frontline operations, flag discrepancies or risks and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics or related field (or business administration diploma).
• 2–4 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in live‑chat or email support.
• Experience in fintech, digital assets or cryptocurrency is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (reading, writing and typing).
• Willingness to work rotating five‑day shifts, including weekends and holidays.
