Client Onboarding and KYC Specialist

About the role

Join a global bank with a 150‑year heritage, supporting the Front Office in client onboarding, account maintenance and KYC reviews. You will act as a first‑line defence, ensuring compliance and smooth client experiences across our Corporate, Private, Investment and Asset Management divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support Front Office on new client onboarding, account maintenance and KYC review activities.
• Advise Front Office and clients throughout the account opening and KYC review process, handling documentation and regulatory checks.
• Control and monitor account opening and KYC reviews performed by Front Office.
• Liaise with Front Office, clients, AML and other stakeholders to resolve onboarding and KYC‑related queries.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of financial services experience in client onboarding, KYC review and account maintenance.
• Good knowledge of KYC standards, client documentation requirements and banking regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent English language skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Avaloq.
