Director, Relationship Manager – Geneva

About the role

Deutsche Bank Wealth Management is seeking a Director‑level Relationship Manager to serve high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients in Geneva. You will be the primary point of contact, coordinating the full suite of wealth‑management solutions and working closely with Investment Managers to deliver tailored advice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and retain HNW/UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices and institutional investors.
• Drive net new assets and revenue growth while managing the full client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing service.
• Collaborate with coverage, product and support teams, leveraging Deutsche Bank’s Corporate, Investment Banking and DWS asset‑management capabilities.
• Recommend investment products, credit solutions and portfolio strategies aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC and local regulatory requirements, documenting all client interactions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field; CFA or MBA is desirable.
• 10‑12 years of experience in financial services as a client relationship manager, preferably serving HNW/UHNW clients.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Deep understanding of the Swiss private‑banking market and current economic and political developments.
