Financial Controller – Senior Specialist in Controlling & Reporting

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Controlling and Reporting will ensure that financial reporting aligns with US GAAP, IFRS, Swiss GAAP and Swiss GAAP FER standards. The role supports audits, legal entity closing, and integration of new businesses while collaborating closely with tax and other finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for Swiss GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS reporting.
• Support external audit documentation and lead Swiss GAAP FER audits.
• Oversee legal entity monthly closing and the winding down of the Latin American Inventory Hub.
• Work with the Tax Manager on tax topics and ensure accurate ledger adjustments each month.
• Drive projects to improve financial processes, reporting, and control environments.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 10 years of corporate finance/accounting experience.
• Chartered Accountant qualification preferred.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with leaders across the organization.

Required skills

• Advanced user of SAP S/4 HANA modules.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial reporting tools.
