About the role
The Client Services Administrator will support the boutique’s client experience by managing all client‑service administration and coordinating repair processes with workshops. Working closely with Sales Associates and Boutique Management, the role ensures a seamless, high‑quality service for every client.
Key responsibilities
- Administer client service requests, track follow‑up and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance flows with external workshops, monitoring progress and communication.
- Support Sales Associates in delivering an exceptional in‑store client journey.
- Assist the jeweler with both client‑facing and back‑office tasks, maintaining accuracy and service excellence.
- Contribute to overall boutique operations as a member of the Operations team, driving operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in a boutique or luxury retail environment.
- Dynamic, rigorous and communicative with the ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to providing impeccable client service and teamwork.
Required skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in handling client communications and documentation.
