Cloud Operations Lead (80–100%)

About the role

AutoForm is looking for a Cloud Operations Lead to coordinate the deployment and operation of its cloud offerings worldwide. Reporting to the Head of R&D, you will work closely with the Executive Committee on cloud strategy, risk, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Define commitments, service levels, and cost structures for each cloud product.
• Establish and run the cloud operating model, including ownership, escalation paths, runbooks, and partner collaboration.
• Govern identity and access management and maintain a secure, auditable AWS multi‑account foundation.
• Coordinate security operations, ensure compliance, audit readiness, and disaster‑recovery preparedness.
• Drive observability standards, service level objectives, cost and capacity management, and manage external partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Several years of experience in cloud operations, platform operations, or cloud security governance.
• Strong AWS knowledge and ability to set standards and drive quality.
• Proven coordination and influencing skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
