Commercial Education Spine Manager

About the role

The Commercial Education Spine Manager will lead the creation and delivery of spine‑focused education programmes for healthcare professionals, influencing clinician capability, product adoption and patient outcomes. You will work closely with commercial, clinical and medical affairs teams to ensure education aligns with business goals while meeting compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute professional education strategies for spine products, aligned with commercial priorities.
• Design and deliver training programmes, workshops, cadaver labs and symposia for surgeons and other healthcare providers.
• Identify educational gaps, implement targeted programmes and incorporate digital learning tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment of education initiatives.
• Monitor programme effectiveness using performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in medical education, commercial training or healthcare programme management.
• Strong understanding of the medical device industry and proven project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage clinical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, primarily within the UK and occasional international trips.
