EMEA Professional Education Trauma Lead

About the role

The EMEA Professional Education Trauma Lead will shape and deliver education strategies that enable healthcare professionals across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to adopt innovative trauma technologies and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional professional education strategies aligned with Trauma business priorities.
• Design and implement training programs, including procedural training, product application and clinical best practices.
• Partner with commercial, marketing and medical affairs teams to identify educational gaps and deliver targeted solutions.
• Drive innovation in learning delivery using digital platforms and modern content approaches.
• Oversee symposia, workshops and professional conferences to support product adoption.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate program impact and continuously improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Significant experience in commercial or medical education within MedTech or healthcare.
• Proven leadership managing cross‑functional or regional initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and translate insights into program improvements.
