Commercial Excellence Specialist – Dental Business Unit

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Commercial Excellence Specialist to lead strategic initiatives that optimise sales performance, customer engagement, pricing and business processes within the dental market. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Regional Leadership to drive sustainable growth and improve commercial effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer segmentation to define KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Drive sales‑force effectiveness through territory alignment, incentive schemes, CRM optimisation and pipeline management.
• Support pricing strategy development, monitor discount structures and conduct profitability analyses by customer, channel and product.
• Perform market data analyses, translate insights into strategic recommendations and develop automated BI tools.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service to enhance campaign effectiveness, forecasting and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, business analytics or strategic marketing.
• Experience in the dental, medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
