About the role

Kempinski, a historic 5‑star hotel brand, is seeking a motivated Commis de Cuisine for the winter season 2026/2027 at its St. Moritz resort. This full‑time, seasonal position offers the chance to work in a high‑end kitchen while developing your culinary skills in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Daily mise en place for assigned stations
• Preparation and cooking of dishes according to assigned recipes
• Maintain strict quality standards in the kitchen
• Ensure proper food storage and compliance with HACCP guidelines

Required profile

• Completed culinary training and initial experience in a 5‑star restaurant
• Creative, detail‑oriented and high quality awareness
• Structured and organised work approach
• Strong interest in teamwork
• Very good German and English language skills
