Commis de Rang – Guest Service at Neora Restaurant

About the role

Join the Neora Restaurant team at the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski in St. Moritz as a Commis de Rang. You will be part of a high‑end Greek‑inspired dining concept, delivering 5‑star service to guests during the winter season 2026/27.

Key responsibilities

• Take and manage table reservations.
• Actively promote the restaurant’s various dining options.
• Support the service team in daily operations.
• Assist the operations department during peak periods and special events.

Required profile

• Completed training in a comparable hotel environment and initial experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Impeccable demeanour, well‑groomed appearance and natural charm.
• Strong communication skills and an understanding of guest needs.
• Structured, organised approach and a keen interest in teamwork.
• Fluent in Italian, English and German.
• Sales orientation and persuasiveness.
