About the role

The Commis de Rang supports the Izumi restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva by ensuring seamless service flow and maintaining the high standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supply food, beverages, and service items to tables in a timely and elegant manner.
• Set and clear tables according to Four Seasons service standards, including handling linen, porcelain, silverware, and glassware.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant, including stock management and preparation.
• Maintain a pristine uniform and present a professional appearance at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure a distinguished dining experience.
