Community & Engagement Lead (Volunteer)

About the role

Engineers Without Borders Switzerland (IngOG+) is seeking a passionate Community & Engagement Lead to strengthen its volunteer network, foster collaboration, and create meaningful connections among members, project teams, and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate monthly project group meetings and community events to bring people together.
• Encourage engagement, collaboration and connections between volunteers, project teams and the Board.
• Act as a bridge for information and ideas, ensuring smooth communication across the community.
• Identify opportunities to improve member engagement and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community engagement or community management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate people.
• Proactive, creative and independent working style.
• Enthusiasm for the mission and a genuine interest in creating positive social impact.
