Content Marketing Lead – Customer Stories

About the role

Join BLP to shape the narrative of its 550+ enterprise customers and turn their success into powerful sales assets. You will build a customer‑story program from the ground up, working closely with sales, customer success and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact customers, secure their participation and create reference assets that support deal closure.
• Own the end‑to‑end case‑study process: approvals, interviews, content creation and delivery.
• Manage and grow BLP’s presence on review platforms such as G2 and Gartner Peer Insights.
• Source and coach customer champions for webinars, events and press opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to coordinate advocacy requests and ensure a seamless workflow.
• Track reference coverage, asset usage and pipeline influence, establishing measurable KPIs.

Required profile

• 3–7 years in customer marketing, advocacy, reference management or content marketing, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of delivering case studies and references from enterprise customers.
• Ability to navigate corporate communications, legal review and long approval cycles.
• Strong program‑building skills: creating processes, pipelines and measurement frameworks from scratch.
• Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP‑centric processes, finance operations or enterprise software for manufacturing/industrial sectors is advantageous.
