Composite Measurement Technician (QS)

About the role

Join the Audi Revolut F1® Team as a Measurement Technician specialized in fiber‑reinforced composites. Based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, you will support the development of the inaugural Audi Formula 1 car by ensuring every composite part meets the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and measure composite vehicle parts, laminating molds and fixtures using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners and handheld tools.
• Identify non‑conforming parts and document deviations against technical drawings.
• Create measurement programs, generate test reports and record error reports in the quality system.
• Collaborate with Production Engineering, Design and Production teams to streamline measurement tasks.
• Act as the primary contact for measurement‑related queries across departments.

Required profile

• Completed basic technical training with experience in quality assurance.
• Proficiency with 3D measuring arms and strong knowledge of Polyworks software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (ISO/GPS 8015).
• Structured, precise and independent work style with high resilience.
• Willingness to work a two‑shift system and communicate fluently in German or English.
