About the role

The after‑sales advisor is responsible for managing customers' vehicles from intake to return, ensuring smooth coordination between the workshop and clients. This position combines customer service, scheduling, billing, and warranty administration within a dynamic automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take charge of customers' vehicles throughout the service process, from drop‑off to delivery.
• Organise appointment bookings and plan workload in collaboration with the workshop team.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients and insurance companies.
• Establish and monitor warranty claims for customers and importers.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to the role.

Required profile

• Completed CFC qualification in administration, mechanics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and German is mandatory.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, flexible, dynamic, conscientious, rigorous and autonomous.
• Team‑oriented mindset and a valid driving licence.
