Content Marketer – Fintech & Payments

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Content Marketer to join a fast‑scaling fintech company in Switzerland. Working remotely within a high‑autonomy team, you will transform complex payments and financial topics into compelling stories that drive demand and support product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery aligned with marketing priorities.
• Research, write, and publish long‑form articles, guides, case studies, newsletters, social media posts, and campaign assets.
• Translate technical fintech concepts into clear, audience‑focused narratives.
• Develop go‑to‑market content plans in partnership with Demand Generation.
• Distribute and repurpose content across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
• Analyze performance data and audience insights to refine strategy and improve engagement.
• Experiment with new formats, messaging, and distribution approaches.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to increase creation speed, quality, and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of content marketing experience in fast‑paced B2B or B2C technology environments.
• Strong editorial ability to simplify and humanise complex technical or financial topics.
• Proven track record of taking content from idea to publication with minimal supervision.
• Experience using performance data and experimentation to optimise content strategy.
• Comfortable working in agile, high‑performance teams with shifting priorities.
