Content Marketing Manager – Organic Growth (SEO & AEO)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager focused on organic growth to shape the voice and visibility of a leading technology platform serving the app economy. Based in Switzerland and working in a remote‑first environment, you will turn industry trends and research insights into compelling stories that engage developers, founders and technology leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish industry commentary on market developments, platform changes, policy updates and emerging trends.
• Create clear, actionable content that explains complex shifts in the app ecosystem.
• Own external communications for announcements, milestones, executive thought leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with product, research and leadership teams to amplify product launches and major reports.
• Lead content distribution strategies across social media, outreach, media engagement and influencer collaborations.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and build a strong social presence through opinion‑driven content.
• Monitor competitor activity and audience interests to identify timely content opportunities.
• Measure and optimize content performance, audience engagement and organic growth metrics.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, communications or related fields.
• Proven ability to craft strategic narratives and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Passion for technology, developer ecosystems and organic audience growth.
