Contract Reviewer – Public Sector (Geneva/Remote)

About the role

Alpinum Solutions is seeking a Contract Reviewer to support an international pharmaceutical industry association. The role provides long‑term external assistance for internal contract management, focusing on a variety of commercial agreements within the public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Review, comment on, and approve standard contractual agreements promptly and consistently.
• Analyse Master Service Agreements, Service Agreements, and Statements of Work, emphasizing scope, deliverables, data rights, and ownership of work products.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts related to meetings, publications, data assessments, and market research.
• Collaborate with the paralegal team to ensure efficient processing and alignment on standard clauses and templates.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of Swiss contract law.
• Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with standard commercial contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, and service agreements.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property, data rights, and ownership of work product provisions.
