Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Manager of Corporate Communications to develop and execute communication programs that protect and enhance the company’s reputation. The role will translate complex business, financial, policy and industry topics into clear messaging and support executive and board communications across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver internal communication campaigns, newsletters, intranet updates and town‑hall presentations.
• Manage corporate messaging resources and ensure consistent, strategic communication across the organization.
• Support executive and leadership communications, including board briefings and senior‑level messaging.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align communication initiatives with business priorities.
• Implement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of communication programs and continuously improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or strategic communications, preferably in a large, global organization.
• Strong ability to simplify complex topics into actionable communication tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and consistency.
• Experience managing high‑profile communication projects and collaborating with senior leaders.
