Corporate Insurance Specialist - Non-Life & Insured Benefits

About the role

Nestlé is looking for a Corporate Insurance Specialist in Vevey, Switzerland, on a permanent basis with a hybrid work model. The specialist supports the timely and accurate renewal and administration of global non-life and insured employee benefits programs that protect people, operations and assets, working closely with Group Risk Services, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, markets, insurance brokers and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Support timely, accurate renewals of global non-life and insured employee benefits programs.
• Coordinate insurance data, submissions and documentation to strengthen coverage decisions across markets.
• Ensure policies, endorsements, premium allocations and payments are accurate and completed on time.
• Manage smaller insurance programs from renewal administration through payment and claims follow-up.
• Contribute to fair, effective selection processes for global and local insurers and brokers.
• Build trusted relationships that improve service quality and support consistent insurance delivery worldwide.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of insurance gained with an insurer, broker or corporate risk management team.
• Strong attention to detail across renewals, data collection, policy reviews, premium allocation and record keeping.
• Sound knowledge of non-life insurance and insured employee benefits to support global programs.
• Effective collaboration with insurers, brokers and internal partners.
• Fluent English; French and German are an advantage.
