Corporate Legal Counsel – Swiss HQ & European Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Corporate Legal Counsel to manage day‑to‑day legal affairs for our Swiss headquarters and European operations. You will act as the primary legal point of contact in Switzerland, supporting a multinational business that spans Europe and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate governance, board resolutions, and Swiss Commercial Register filings.
• Monitor Swiss and EU regulatory developments and translate them into internal policies and procedures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements in line with supply‑chain guidelines.
• Coordinate with external counsel for specialized litigation or advice.
• Ensure data‑privacy compliance with Swiss DPA and EU GDPR for consumer data.
• Assist the global team in protecting intellectual property (patents, trademarks, designs) within Europe.

Required profile

• Master of Law (MLaw / LL.M.) from a recognized Swiss university.
• 2–5 years of post‑graduate legal experience, preferably in manufacturing, consumer goods, or electronics.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously across time zones and deliver pragmatic, business‑focused legal solutions.
