Creative 3D Concept Designer

About the role

Join Breitling’s Creative Hub as a 3D Concept Designer, working within a multidisciplinary squad in Grenchen. You will translate creative briefs into high‑quality visualisations for retail environments, pop‑ups, POS, and brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality 3D visualisations and imagery that align with Breitling’s brand standards.
• Develop spatial concepts from sketches to detailed models, exploring materials, lighting, and customer experiences.
• Lead 3D visual output for assigned projects, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely handover.
• Collaborate with creatives, graphic designers, trade marketing and other partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Prepare visual materials for internal reviews, stakeholder presentations and support implementation teams with visual guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D visualisation, spatial or retail design.
• Degree in architecture, interior/spatial design or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials, lighting and spatial composition.
• Proactive, organised, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Strong knowledge of V‑Ray or equivalent rendering engine.
• Experience with Archicad, Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Suite (advantage).
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance visualisation workflow.
