Creator Strategy Specialist – Influencer Marketing

About the role

As a Creator Strategy Specialist you will shape Breitling’s relationships with digital creators and key opinion leaders, driving brand visibility in the luxury digital space. You will work closely with paid media and marketing teams to deliver creator‑led campaigns that support product launches and brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and nurture long‑term partnerships with creators and KOLs aligned with Breitling’s brand values.
• Build and manage a diverse creator network across relevant lifestyle categories.
• Develop tiered engagement programmes and exclusive collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and content approvals.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging creators to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Good understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and digital brand positioning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as Lefty, Kolsquare, AspireIQ or GRIN.
• Familiarity with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Meltwater.
