CRM Intern – Switzerland & Austria (Full-time)

About the role

Join the CRM team at Parfums Christian Dior as a full‑time intern supporting the Swiss and Austrian markets. You will help shape targeted client outreach and deliver exceptional customer experiences across the luxury beauty sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and analysing CRM campaigns throughout the customer journey, adapting newsletters and communications to local market needs while respecting brand guidelines.
• Support segmentation, data analysis and interpretation to drive targeted marketing actions.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports and measure the success of CRM activities.
• Contribute to the quality assurance and maintenance of the CRM database.
• Coordinate with Retail, E‑Commerce and Product Marketing teams to ensure a 360° client experience and manage independent projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, CRM or similar roles through internships or working‑student positions.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Fluent in English, German and French (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Adobe tools (desired).
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce (desired).
