Event Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Event Marketing Manager to own BLP’s presence at flagship events, CFO round tables and partner gatherings. You will create, execute and own the end‑to‑end experience of BLP Connect, our annual conference, and shape how customers and partners meet the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, secure venues, curate agendas and speakers, and manage logistics for BLP Connect and other events.
• Design and run CFO round tables, selecting participants and facilitating high‑level stakeholder discussions.
• Develop partner events, grow the ecosystem and manage multiple event timelines simultaneously.
• Coordinate vendors, negotiate contracts and oversee trade‑show booth builds and international event operations.
• Track attendee data and event performance in HubSpot, collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stay calm under pressure and travel as needed.
• Energetic personality that leaves a lasting impression on customers and partners.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Strong vendor and agency management, including negotiation.
• Knowledge of trade‑show logistics, booth construction and international event operations.
