Customer Care Representative (Working Student)

About the role

Join Yuh, Switzerland’s leading fintech app, as a Working Student Customer Care Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for users who rely on the app to manage their finances and investments, helping them navigate the platform and resolve any issues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle written client inquiries via chat, email and in‑app messaging with a friendly, solution‑oriented approach.
• Provide accurate, timely support on the Yuh app and related banking services.
• Explain products, features and processes clearly and empathetically.
• Document interactions in internal systems and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Identify improvement opportunities and share ideas with the Customer Care team.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Adhere to internal guidelines, regulatory requirements and fair‑client treatment principles.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program (Business, Economics, Finance or related field).
• Strong interest in banking, fintech and customer experience.
• Excellent written communication in English; German and/or French is a plus.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly.
