Customer Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We Make It GmbH, a Swiss national personnel services company, is recruiting on behalf of F. Hoffmann-La Roche for a Customer Logistics Manager (m/f/d) in Kaiseraugst. The role sits in the Global Supply Chain Operations organization, which centrally manages supply, inventory and replenishment planning for drug products. The manager delivers semi-finished and finished products to third-party customer markets worldwide, ensuring high service levels, right-first-time delivery and full compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure global market supply to third-party customers on time, in full, at the right quality and cost
• Coordinate upstream replenishment with partners such as central packaging
• Improve the cost-to-serve model, including KPI metrics
• Use data, analytics and simulation tools to support decisions
• Identify efficiency gains through technology and data
• Collaborate with market functions to adjust the replenishment plan in line with planning
• Maintain supply chain setups, including master data

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field (or equivalent specialized training)
• At least 5 years of supply chain operations experience in a pharmaceutical environment
• Strong logistics expertise and a track record of using data to manage supply metrics
• Professional fluency in English; German is a plus
