Customer Relationship Management Specialist

About the role

SPORTLUX, founded in 2024, is a multi-brand platform running streetwear and lifestyle brands end-to-end, with hubs in Mendrisio, London and New York and a design hub in Milan. The CRM Specialist plans, builds and executes Dickies Europe's CRM and email marketing activity, focusing on Klaviyo and the newsletter programme, and works with Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Branding and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the newsletter calendar around product launches, campaigns, collaborations and events
• Build, test and send email campaigns in Klaviyo, balancing commercial and brand content
• Manage automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back) and ensure Klaviyo-Shopify integration and accurate customer data
• Monitor deliverability and list health in line with GDPR and consent requirements
• Build segments by market, behaviour, purchase history and engagement, personalise content by country and language, and run A/B tests
• Grow subscribers through sign-ups, on-site tools, events and collaborations, and support loyalty initiatives and channels such as SMS
• Track open, click, conversion and revenue metrics and produce regular reports with recommendations

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in CRM, email marketing or lifecycle marketing, ideally in e-commerce
• Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, sportswear, streetwear, consumer brands or culturally relevant businesses
• Good sense for copy and design

Required skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Klaviyo, including campaigns, flows, segmentation and its integration with Shopify
• Familiarity with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, automation and A/B testing
• Knowledge of GDPR requirements; basic HTML is a plus
