Trade Marketing Lead - Europe

About the role

Dickies is looking for a Trade Marketing Lead based in Mendrisio, Switzerland, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. The role drives the Go-to-Market strategy across Europe, working with sales, agents and key accounts to turn brand and commercial priorities into market activations that support sell-in and sell-out performance. It covers wholesale, retail and partner networks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of seasonal Go-to-Market plans across Europe, aligning marketing, sales and commercial priorities.
• Work with agents and key wholesale partners on product launches, activations and commercial initiatives.
• Develop and run retail and in-store activations that strengthen brand visibility and the consumer experience.
• Act as the main marketing contact for agents and partners, coordinating day-to-day execution.
• Coordinate trade marketing tools, POS materials and partner-specific assets.
• Collaborate with Brand teams so campaigns, activations and digital initiatives stay consistent.
• Monitor and analyse the impact of trade marketing on sell-in, sell-out and partner performance.
