Customer Service Advisor - Business Aviation

About the role

Albinati Aeronautics, a well-established company operating under Swiss and Maltese AOCs and specializing in the charter, management and trade of business jets, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor. The role sits at the interface between clients and the Flight Operations department, coordinating flight requests and arranging additional luxury services.

Key responsibilities

• Receive customer flight requests and coordinate with the Flight Operations department.
• Arrange additional luxury services according to customer needs.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor that all steps are completed on time and oversee flights and third-party services.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and company departments.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
• Swiss citizenship or an EU/EAA passport.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
• Previous experience in business aviation or luxury services is required.
