Customer Success Manager – Hospital IT Software

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, implementation and growth of its Hospital IT and healthcare software solutions across Switzerland. You will act as the primary contact for healthcare providers, ensuring successful deployments, high satisfaction and long‑term business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation coordination, training and go‑live activities for hospital customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, IT and executive stakeholders, managing risks, escalations and support needs.
• Support renewals, identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on presales activities.
• Coordinate with global IQVIA teams, partners and delivery organisations to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of hospital business processes, clinical and operational workflows, and HIS logic.
• Proven experience in customer success, implementation or consulting within health‑tech or Health IT.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders, document requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Fluent German; French is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience with APIs and data integration concepts for Hospital Information Systems.
