Scientific Education Manager – Dental Solutions

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Scientific Education Manager for Dental Solutions across EMEA. You will work remotely, collaborating with internal teams and external experts to deliver high‑quality scientific education and support for orthodontic and restorative dental products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, clinicians, academic advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Create and deliver scientific content, curricula and educational programs (online and face‑to‑face) for customers across EMEA.
• Present clinical and technical information to Solventum teams, customers, associations and universities.
• Provide specialised clinical support to orthodontists and dentists on digitally designed aligners and restorative workflows.
• Gather customer feedback and share clinical insights to enhance market awareness.

Required profile

• Dentist degree or higher with broad product knowledge in dental and orthodontic treatment processes.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in curriculum design, delivery for healthcare professionals and KOL engagement.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and customer‑focus skills.
• Legally authorised to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
• Deep understanding of orthodontic aligners, biomechanics and restorative workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including product demonstration.
